About Me

Me, a few years ago, riding one of the many 26er hardtails that I owned.

Welcome to my website!  My name is Keith.  I’ve been very passionate about mountain bicycles, and bikes in general since around 2008, when I purchased my first mountain bike.  Back then, I only rode on the street, but as time progressed, I eventually started hitting the local mountain bike trails in Omaha, Nebraska, where I lived for many years.

As my mountain bike skills improved, so did my desire to ride different kinds of trails.  I’ve ridden mountain bike trails in Nebraska, Iowa, New Mexico, Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, and Oregon.  Since I got started, I’ve owned all sorts of mountain bikes, from 26ers to 29ers, singlespeeds, geared bikes, full suspension, 27.5″, fat bikes, etc.

My passion for biking did not happen over night.  At first, it started from riding, but then it also became about parts and frame design as I began to build my own bikes, which helped me learn more and more about bikes.  In addition to mountain bikes, I’m a big fan of cyclocross bikes, and there are some vintage mountain bikes I would love to ride, such as the Slingshot, which basically used a gear cable as its down tube!

If you ever need a hand or have any questions, feel free to leave them below or in any of my posts, and I will be more than happy to do my best to help you out.

All the best,
